Monday

Aerobics classAEROBICS FOR ALL 6-7pm at Hafod Community Centre, Odo Street, Hafod, Swansea.

Aerobics for all levels. Offering high/low impact exercise to music. Toning with light hand weights and floor work for tums and bums. Stretch and cool down to finish.

£3.50 for 1 hour session.


Tuesday

BallsPILATES ON THE BALL 6-6.45pm at Tycoch College.

Pilates on the ball with thr use of hand weights for a full body workout. A great way to tone the body and increase flexibility.

£3.50 for 1 hour session.

SALSA MOVES 7.30pm at Waunarlwydd Community Centre, Victoria Road, Waunarlwydd.

A fun way to tone and keep fit. Low impact exercise all done to sexy salsa music. No need to bring a partner. Caters for all abilities.

£3.00 for 45 min session.Salsa class

PILATES ON THE BALL 8.15-9.00pm at Waunarlwydd Community Centre.

Pilates exercise with the use of a ball or on the mat if preferred. Includes toning and stretching exercises. All levels welcome including beginners. Relaxation to finish.

Course runs intermittently for 6 weeks at a time. Contact me to find out when the next lot takes place.

£3.00 for 45 mins or £5.00 if you do both classes (salsa and pilates together).


Wednesday

 Hips, bums and tums

HIPS BUMS AND TUMS 7.30-8.30pm at Dunvant Social Centre, Dunvant, Swansea.

Includes aerobics and toning. 30 mins of each.; A great way to get the heart rate up and tone the lower bodyin one session. Lots of floor work for bums and tums. Stretch and cool down to finish.

£3.50 for 1 hour session.


Thursday

PILATES 6.30-7.30pm at The Langrove, Parkmill (club members only).

A great way to tone the body and increase flexibility.
